ECOPACK, a division of Salasar Industries, runs a fully integrated plywood manufacturing facility spanning 40,000 square yards and backed by a skilled workforce of more than 300. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure and modern machinery deliver consistent, high-quality production tailored to rigorous industrial needs.

The facility boasts a daily production capacity of 4,500 sheets (8×4 ft, 6 mm thickness). An on-site peeling unit generates about 500,000 sq. ft. of core material per day, giving us complete control over plywood’s most vital quality factor.

We procure premium timber and produce core material in-house to guarantee uniform strength, durability, and reliability in every sheet. The core is machine-dried using advanced roller dryers, then processed in high-capacity 640-ton hot presses with thermic fluid heating for precise pressure and temperature control—yielding superior bonding and finish.

In-house resin production adheres to strict quality protocols tailored to various plywood applications. A fully equipped laboratory tests materials at every stage, ensuring full compliance with standards and customer specs.

This integrated setup, paired with comprehensive lab testing, lets us handle large-volume orders routinely while providing customized solutions. All sheets meet IS 303 standards and carry the ISI certification mark for assured quality.
